      I wish I could say it’s a great place. The one on Mountain Castle is great they go above and beyond.ETSU Shyann is very nice. Jenny is very rude, I made a deposit and asked if funds were available immediately or would there be a hold. Was told there was no hold so I immediately used the funds and got a call 10 minutes after I left they had put a hold on the check. I explained I already spent the first funds they told me, I would get a 35 NSF fee if the funds were attempted to be released. Jenny told me that was it, and they wouldn’t agree to wave the NSF. Went to Mountcastle it was handled in a professional way and funds were immediately available after they verified funds were good on the check. Way to go Mountcastle thanks for good customer service. One bad apple in a branch can hurt the whole branch.
