  I used this company for an amount of $350k loan, first year they overcharged me with my property tax. Second year they said that they couldn’t get my insurance renewed due to harzard insurance is not able to be renewed becasue Nevada Farm Bureau membership is not renewed. When You picked a company and use the insurance they suggested you would think they would inform you in time any action is needed. No email nor phone car and three months later I noticed that my auto payment for the loan has increased from $3300 to $3600 a month. I then was told they had to force an insurance for me and it costs $3951.32/ year for that insincere to happen!!! What kinda of harzard insurance is that costing almost $4000 a year? There is no receipt sent to me, there is no insurance company contacting me with the new policy, there is no notification from bank or from insurance about this so called forced insurance. This is ridiculous. If I were you I would never go with this small mortgage company again. I was just reading the receipts and noticed that there are all kinda of service fees charge to my account. Basically $75 per month for service fee? I feel like I defiantly got ripped off! Go shop around before you make the decision to go with this mortgage company.
