  Adam Iniguiz with Greater Nevada Mortgage was truly a God Send. I first interacted by phone with Adam after inquiring about Home Possible Lenders. I didn’t have a clue about whom to contact or what Lender to seek out. We were starting this venture of Home buying from another state. By some amazing grace, I happen to read Adam’s intro regarding his personal journey to home ownership. It was so heartfelt and relatable. From the first conversation with Adam, I could feel the sincerity in his voice. Adam educated us about the whole process in easy to understand terms, none of that loan term mumbo jumbo, that scares everyone about the prospect of home buying. Adam kept us abreast of each process, right up to underwriting and made sure he communicated with us throughout every step to ensure we had all of our documents necessary for Final Approval. Adam made himself available no matter what time it was. Even when he was sick and worked from home a few days and even when he had to go out of town. I was able to call Adam and he would either answer or call me back or text or email. He never left us hanging. Mondays thru Fridays and EVEN weekends. Adam was Always Patient and understanding and made us feel at ease Adam also makes it his business to keep abreast of mortgage trends and different financing options, he maximized every resource to get us financed. Adam was with us from start to finish and we were able to close on our home with the seller’s 35-day time frame ON Time with out a hitch. Professional, Courteous, Kind, Sincere can’t even begin to describe Adam but most importantly what he says he can do He will do, he will not give you empty promises to gain your business. Totally Amazing he takes his work serious is genuinely Happy For you Once you Achieve your Dream of Home buying. If you are considering buying a Home in the Greater Nevada Area, Please Please don’t hesitate Calling Adam Iniquez, with Greater Nevada Mortgage, he is the Best Out there, and Truly Amazing. Oh and by the Way He said he would welcome us to our new Home, in Las Vegas and He actually did Feb 25th 2019. As I said again Adam Iniguez( I mention his name multiple times in this Review so you Don’t forget) a Man of his word. Truly EPIC!!!

  Antiquated system...looks like it was designed in the 90s.....no auto pay features...gave me a 30 day late on a loan I paid off simply because they got a returned mail alert from a valid address.

  I should have read their reviews before applying .... lesson learned. I contacted Greater Nevada Mortgage Services to secure a Home Equity Line of Credit. (HELOC) I completed the on-line application and my file was assigned to Liz Kranson, Mortgage Consultant. When Ms. Kranson contacted me I told her I was interested in a $30,000 line of credit. She explained the process and I submitted all of the requested documentation. I then signed all of the loan paperwork and was instructed to open a checking and savings account with the Greater Nevada Credit Union as that's how they would fund the HELOC. After completing all of the paperwork, signing all of the loan documents and opening the requested financial accounts, I learned that my loan was never submitted to underwriting for processing. Terrible follow-through and it took multiple e-mails to get a response.
