I use this gtfcu location infrequently, but when I do, I see Amanda. Usually always behind the teller window, she is absolutely amazing and one of the reasons I will always use this location.

Screw this place. I went to go withdraw my money, the cash door went crazy and I never got my money but my balance account is now reflecting 0 funds because of what I took out but never received so it’s not like I can go to another ATM now. I took out what I had for gas to get back home, so now I’m stranded not being able to get gas and no one on the phone can help me because it’s a holiday. If you’re going to atleast staff people today staff someone that can make executive moves and fix things. Not just chair warmers

This updated website log in is terrible! It is very difficult to see what is really going on in our account. We are seriously considering leaving GTFCU because of it. The old log in set up was user friendly. This is not!
