      All of the staff were wonderful!! They were very professional and patient, they ended up staying over an hour past their business hours waiting for my loan company to email documents. We would have had to postpone our movers and pay thousands of dollars to store our stuff. We truly cannot thank them enough :)

      My fiancé and I closed a few months ago and I must say with green brick it was the worst experience! I don’t think it’s fair that we are forced to use them because trophy homes make you. Trophy homes are great but they need a new title company. Lastly, we had a lady by the name Shancie Bertsch and she was our closing and escrow manager. she had the worst attitude and was very unprofessional with our lenders. She was so mad at our lender that she mad us pay a $600 a day late fee that was waved but she made phone calls to make sure it was paid smh GOD. Doesn’t like ugly and if you use them good luck because they are not it.

      Working as an agent for 7 years, we have never experienced such horrible service. This title company has 0 empathy for the Realtors or the clients purchasing their new home. Zero Communication and not responsive. The reason they work this way is because Builders like Trophy Signature make clients use title companies like this. They are fed all their business so they have 0 incentive to make the experience a great experience therefore why they don't even try to give great service because they don't care to get referrals. Would never recommend anyone use this Title Company.
