      Carletta is heaven sent! She worked so quickly and efficiently to make sure I was taken care. She even followed up the next day to make sure things were squared away. My family and I have been members for years and we love this bank!

      Absolutely horrible to do business with its quite interesting that they are a credit union. Tried to modify my payments if my loan for 2 months while in disability and there are no options to do so that benefit me. All the options help only the credit union make money. Not to mention i have been a head on my payments for 2 years now but there are no feasible options for me. Isn't that just grand. Your dammed if you pay your bills and your dammed if you don't pay your bills. Learning lesson for me i will NEVER get anything else through this credit union. Way to go greensboro municipal!
