Staff at ALL GreenState branches have been nothing but courteous and helpful! Even when short-staffed during Covid, or when very busy on a Friday evening just before closing, the employees always have a smile and are ready to take care of their customers. The employees at SW 9th are greeting me by name now, and are more than helpful ... They're understanding and caring!

El día de hoy sábado 4 junio fui a cambiar mi cheque que normalmente cambio en esta sucursal y se negaron a a cambiármelo y me pedían mi número de seguro social y yo no me sentí en confianza de dár esa información por qué nunca me an pedido mi número de social para cambiar cheques en mi opinión necesitan capacitar más a sus trabajadores creo yo esto fue por falta de entrenamiento por qué no le encuentro lógica ya que yo por eso abrí una cuenta con GreenState para cambiar mis cheques ahí ya que está cerca de mi casa Yo a primera hora el dia lunes pienso cerrar mi cuenta de crédito y también mi cuneta personal

Their ATM stole my deposits & took my debit card & the phone number on the ATM did nothing! Plus website said they were open but a sign on the door said they were closed
