  The only lending company I’ve dealt with that gives some money back in form of their patronage program. Also was super low hassle for refinancing. Every time I’ve needed help with something and called the office they have been super helpful.

  Worked with Kandice from the Clintonville office and I have never worked with such a rude and condescending person. Switched tax services this year as she NEVER actually filed our last year’s taxes! Even tho when I questioned her at first she told me she did and some people are still waiting for taxes from the previous year.
