Went in ,without an appointment. We're greeted as we walked in with a smile . Which made you feel like they cared about your business. They took Down the information they needed to address us properly. Then told us there was coffee ,tea , hot chocolate and water to help our selves to what ever we would like and then take a seat and someone would be right over . And they were. We opened a savings account, money market and are opening a Roth as well so far we are very , very satisfied with the personal attention and of course the excellent interest rates that this credit union offers. I highly recommend this bank . They even give you free checks . .
