Rory and his team worked hard to help us during a hard time (CORONA 19) but the company itself seems to drag their feet and slow the process down with so much red tape that it was unbearable. Now that I do have a mortgage with them their customer support is also inept to the point of cashing mortgage checks and asking for late fees. I tried to bring it to their attention and since they are selling the mortgage to another branch of their co. they do not see it and honestly don't care to try.
