      Don’t bother wasting your time for a HELOC with this institution. They do not care about new customers. They are unresponsive after numerous voicemails and emails over a 3 week period. Attempted to give them a second chance to correct these issues by contacting the branch manager and again no response to questions or concerns with our loan process. Do yourself a favor and save time and effort and work with another financial institution. I wish I could leave zero stars for the Hudson fl 52/19 location.
