      I had a very wonderful experience with Guarantee Mortgage. A special thanks to Bryce Kennemer. When I was in search of loan options, most of the lenders were not helpful and provided unsatisfactory response. When I talked with Bryce, he assured me that everything would go smoothly and no need to be worried. As a first time homebuyer, I was unaware of the process and hurdles that would be associated with it. But Bryce was really helpful and helped me in every step and resolve all the issues. He went above and beyond with this service. He even helped me get a first time homebuyer credit, which I was not even aware that I am eligible for. He even helped me when he was sick and tried to get my loan processed as soon as possible. He was very friendly and helpful throughout all the steps. All the other lenders provided negative response and had very tedious complicated process for loan, but with help of Guarantee Mortgage and Bryce it was easily done. All steps were easy and Bryce was very helpful when I had complications arise. It was a pleasure working with Bryce and Guarantee Mortgage.
