      AWFUL! MISSED A 46 DAY CONTRACT CLOSING DATE ON A STANDARD PURCHASE LOAN. JAMES HAZLEY LIED THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS AND SAID WE WERE ON TRACK TO CLOSE EARLY AND 2 DAYS BEFORE CLOSING STATES THEY WONT BE ABLE TO MAKE THE CLOSING. THE APPRAISAL CAME IN AT VALUE ON 6/26 FOR A CLOSING DATE OF 7/27!

      Loan was originally supposed to close on the 2nd. We wrote up an addendum to close on it before the 17th thinking we could push it up easily and knowing this is going to cost myself and the other party more money and more of my time to have to push it past that date... I was told basically we are short staffed and nothing we can do. Literally everything is ready to go a week and half prior Peggy Holbrook would not allow us to be pushed up 2 days when it would save myself and the party buying my home a lot of time and money. This is unacceptable and not how you should do business..... it looks like they ended up making an exception as they should have from The beginning.
