  Do yourselves a favor and shop your loan with another company. I was supposed to refi earlier in the year, and after 3-4 months the loan never closed. Jeff and his team weren’t exactly honest throughout the whole process. Numbers kept changing between conversations from one person to another, after all that time and aggravation the Loan never closed. Months later I reached back out to try again with Jeff and his team. After only one week I was told by Jeffrey Angelucci himself, “go get jerked around by another company”. All because I didn’t want to share information that was given to me by a rival company. He didn’t even have the courtesy or balls to call me, he sent me a cowardly email. His team is not qualified, the loan rep he assigned to me was more like a used car salesman, not once listened to what I wanted. Instead heavily pushing what loan was best for them, and not me. His pushy tactics weren’t that of a reputable company, more like a broke down corner ghetto fly by night car dealership. I have 18 years left on my loan and even after several times of telling him several times that I didn’t want to go back to a 30 year he just kept pushing it. After receiving a very competitive package from Cardinal I told Ross once again exactly what I wanted him to spec out for me. After a voicemail still pushing the 30 yr and an email doing the same he asked for me to send over what Cardinal had sent to me. When I stated that I was not sending everyone’s pricing back and forth this is when I received the bs email from Jeffrey Angelucci telling me to F off. Wonderful business model you guys have over there. I’ll be using Cardinal for my loan as they provided what I asked for, not what they thought I should have. Do yourselves a favor and shop your loan with multiple outlets and don’t just settle for guaranteed rate, they’ve burnt me twice now… never again

  Terrible customer service. Jeff is extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend him. My husband got a competitive refinance quote and when he wouldn’t share that information with Jeff, Jeff sent him the most unprofessional email I’ve ever read. Go with cardinal financial.
