  Joel and her team made the chaos of home buying into a much simpler process, and were incredibly supportive the entire way. There were plenty of times where I had to reach out at odd hours, with what felt like silly questions, and Joel and her team were always happy to help, and quick to respond.

  Joel Ralph was great from beginning to the end,our loan process took well over a year since we were building a new house and she was on top of everything despite covid-19 slowing the whole project down due to shortage of materials.she did her best to make sure we closed on this house,sometimes sending us documents that needed to be signed and guiding us through the whole process after working hours and also on the weekends.Betty and I would definitely recommend Joel to our family and friends...thanks so much Joel we really appreciate your good work.
