Horrible experience back in 2020. application ignored, delays, and one of last email responses had Rate loan officer bringing their religion and race into response. I canceled the application and escalated my concerns with no response. Two years later get solicitated to open a personal loan. Let's see if my request to delete my information and to never be contacted again is honored! You don't do horrible business and then bother former applicants since your volume is crashing from people not taking out home loans.

It took them 6 months to refinance my house and at the end they charged me $950 in additional rate lock extension fees which is just outrageous. Avoid them.
