      I can't say enough good things about the Molitor team, but especially Terrence. We were first time home buyers with a lot to learn about this process. Terrence was patient and kind with us every step of the way and was always available any time we had questions (I truly mean ANY TIME). He provided needed reassurance when things got tough, talked us through each of our options along the way, and made sure that we were well-educated about the commitment we were making with our first home. From initial contact all the way through closing, Terrence was a bright light in this journey. Being a buyer in this unpredictable market is tough but Terrence made sure that this part of buying a home felt like the least of our worries. I also really appreciated that he had a referral for almost everything. I was interested in repairing a few incorrect and outdated items on my credit report and Terrence had a contact for me. I wanted to research options for condo insurance and Terrence had a contact for me. Terrence is truly the best in the business and we are so happy to be homeowners thanks to him.

      I'm not one for writing many reviews. But when you get seriously outstanding service - which is a combo of great communication, fun personalities and great products (in this case, awesome rates) - well, you have to say something. I'd recommend Justin Edwards at Molitor to anyone working on a home purchase or refinance. We've used Justin now a few times and you feel confident about things at every step through the mortgage process. Don't think twice. Give Justin a call. Best decision you will make in buying a home. Justin is the best :)
