      Well my experience with the service that I receive was not something that I expected..I wasn’t very happy!..I had chosen 3 different mortgage agencies to explore the rates to see who would give me the best deal..The initial calls were ok..normal procedure but when I got to the person I guess was in charge ( Jennifer) she was misinformed, she took my credit score as it was even tho I had corrected all my bad marks and had documents. She called me in the evening so I guess she was rushing and didn’t want to take the time to discuss my credit..She just kept telling me that she ran it thru the loan agency twice ( with my bad credit ) and they couldn’t qualify me..I told her the issue..the credit bureaus haven’t got the update yet..She said she would call back on the 3rd of January 2021..No call!..I called on the 6th of January to schedule a call on the 8th at 1pm..She called ..I ask why she didn’t call back like she said..She stated “ she haven’t called her dad back” they been too busy..She she if the person really wanted my help they would have called her back..Her words” So you called back what can Ido for you”..Smh! I felt very unvalued..She wasn’t very sincere about helping me..is was like she didn’t even care if she got my business or not..I hesitated then told her I didn’t want her help..hung up!
