  Shimi was simply incredible and we couldn't have asked for a better broker to help us obtain a mortgage on our new home. He is extremely patient and knowledgeable. His calm demeanor and friendly attitude really helped us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. It was wonderful to get to know him and work with him. This was a particularly difficult and complicated mortgage to obtain, as it coincided with the Covid-19 pandemic. With so much uncertainty and a crazy amount of volatility, we needed some extremely clever maneuvering and creative thinking in order to obtain our loan. Shimi navigated these crazy times with utmost professionalism and skill. We were lucky we had him on our side because I'm pretty sure that anybody else would not have been able to come through the way he did. He went out of his way to work extra hours for us and put in crazy effort to make this happen. We couldn't thank him enough. Thank you Shimi!!

  Shimi Globman and his team ARE THE BEST !! They worked tirelessly on our behalf to obtain a mortgage and met all deadlines on time even though we closed in 30 days!! Shimi spent an hour of his time to get me locked into rate as it started to go up and then when it dropped he renegotiated for me for free and saved me $30 a month for next 30 years($10,800 over duration of loan). I personally saw friends of mine get pushed around and messed up by their mortgages and it proved to me even more how important it is to use Shimi Globman branch of Guaranteed Rate!!! So if you want a blissful mortgage experience be sure to use Shimi! THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!
