Was easy to close when purchasing a home. However once you are done with your purchasing the website is a complete nightmare and customer service when you call the 800 number is little to no help. I have not been able to access my online account for a month and a half. I am just glad that auto pay is on so I don't have to attempt to call the 800 number every time since the website is always down or they say they are fixing it. Funny how you can comment back. My name was clearly on because every time i call they were able to find me. Thankfully they have sold my loan to another company and that company has since fixed all of this issues I've been having
