      I want to take the time out to say thanks to Eric Collette at guaranty Bank in new roads. I been banking with him for 9 years now and he always goes out of his way to make sure I get all my needs and I recommends anybody to him. Thanks bud!

      horrible banking service , constantly locking card and causing inconveniences despite never having any sign of fraudulent activities

      Not the best of customer service at new roads branch. Web sight says open till 5:30 on Friday but closed the drive through at 5:00 while sitting there waiting. Employee leaving building had attitude as well.
