      They are holding my escrow account money from 2021 in 2022 I have called twice ! They said I can have my $1504 in December, almost 9 months away, when they will do an escrow analysis because they are still insisting that it has to go under review even though they are admitting to the overpaid amount in my account. After 25 minutes with a costumer representative and 30 minutes more on hold to talk to a supervisor I finally was able to talk to an “executive team manager”. I spend another hour on the phone with her to solve nothing. She said this has to go under review and I will just have to wait for my money. She also said to call in 2 weeks to see the status of my complaint. Ridiculous costumer service since I’ve already spent hours on the phone to get my money back after they admitted they have to refund me. Basically they are going to make more money out of my money instead of me making money out of my OWN MONEY.
