Matt always makes time to answer questions about loans, he's knowledgeable about all things related to loans. It's been the only time I have actually been in constant communication with my loan officer for any of the homes I've purchased, and his communication doesn't end after the home is purchased. These are the reasons we decided to use Matt and Guardian Mortgage for our new mortgage that wasn't even in the state he works in.
