  I reached out to Maverick when looking at options for mortgage loans. Maverick was extremely professional, genuine and very knowledgeable. He spent time to talk to me and was very personable. Not only did Maverick provide me with the information I needed, but he also educated me more on financial options that I did not know existed. You don’t know what you don’t know… Most importantly, it never seemed like a “sales pitch” or an attempt to sway my decision one way. Not only did Maverick take the time to explain everything in detail, but he also took time to create analysis charts (visuals) and retype what we discussed in an email. Maverick went above and beyond for me as a potential client; even answering my loan questions after normal work hours. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a Mortgage Originator and I’m positive that others will receive the same valuable experience that I did with Maverick.

  Homebuying is challenging, confusing, and everything about it is a little scary. As first time homebuyers, we felt the uncertainty of being in completely new territory, and barely even knew what questions to ask to feel on solid ground. Maverick Johnston was incredibly helpful in alleviating each of our anxieties before they ever grew beyond reason. When we were unsure of where to start, he helped us with a rundown of all the basics, answered each of our questions in an extremely timely, thorough and direct manner, and he was friendly and understanding the whole time. We would recommend him to anyone, and were completely happy with our entire experience. He was the best working cog in our entire home buying experience and we're grateful he made the process fun and positive.

  Maverick did a great job of educating me about the entire mortgage process and constantly kept me up to date on what was going on. He was always super friendly and helpful and I can’t recommend him enough!
