      Guardian is our everyday bank and they did the loan on our house a few years back...BEST bank ever for regular banking and it was the best home loan we have EVER gotten best rates and terms and loan process was flawless we use the florence location this is our 5th home loan over the years...just a great place

      Worst experience ever, and after that we received a marketing email from the loan officer who botched our loan and lied her way through the process. She and her boss and his boss made promises of rates and then sent higher rates and shorter terms with less than 24 hours to close. Fortunately we saw the writing on the wall and worked in the background with a local bank when we realized GSB was pulling a bait and switch. Find another mortgage company/bank and save yourself A LOT of frustration!

      Most ridiculous company I’ve worked with. Sold 4 houses in 20 years and this place is ghetto! They’re not even my bank they’re the buyers but have held the closing up for over a week because they can’t get it together! Wait till the very last second literally two days before the scheduled closing to decide they need more information that they 1000% DONT need because its not a government loan. Not to mention that a 1/4 of the paperwork they should (ALL OTHER REAL BANKS HANDLE) do then once again wait till the last second to say they’re not handling it. Completely unprofessional and made a perfectly easy transaction way more difficult and headache inducing then it should be. 0/10 recommend. GO TO A REAL BANK!
