      Experience overall was pleasant. Keep up the good work. Loved the speed of response for the pre-qualification letter and the flexibility and availability of the rep. There is one area that could be improved. In the absence of a physical office in the area that I could visit, I expected Guidance reps to take a more thorough approach to explaining documents, terms, figures and calculations. I was hoping for a video conference to be scheduled or at least a phone call to thoroughly go through documents and answer questions. Instead I was sent an email and told to let them know if I have any questions. I also got a nice gift from the account rep pictured below.
