  The Amber Kovarik Team with Guild Mortgage are absolutely an amazing group of professionals, especially Kara Kelsen, she is my “go-to” for all things Buyer related- I have worked with her both personally and professionally, and I can’t say enough good things, she is insanely prompt and thorough and truly puts forth so much effort and care with every client that she helps!
