Amy is my absolute GO TO for home mortgages. Not only is she super competitive on fees, her customer service is like no other in the industry! She communicates and problem solves immediately when issues arise. Her and her team are hands down the best around.

I called Amy and was told by her staff that it was pretty much hopeless for me to get a mortgage with my student loan debt. I started working on my credit, got a better job, and came into some money for a down payment. I then called Amy a few different times to see if she could help me. She left a message once and then never answered my calls. I nearly gave up but found a different agency. I will be closing on a beautiful new home this month. I will make it a point to not recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Zero communication between Amy and us during our buying process. We had no idea what was going on and she did a terrible job explaining the process to us. Her assistant was the best part of our process with Amy. Amy made our first time home buying process extremely difficult. I appreciate the loan and the rate they got us. But I would not recommend their team. Guild as a whole was great, but this branch is not.
