      Out of all of the lenders that we talked to and received quotes from, Andy was the only one that took the time to sit down and explain the entire process from his perspective and educate us on EVERY SINGLE option that we had with associated breakdowns of cost to see what made sense for us(along with his own added insights into what would provide the strongest portfolio in this crazy market). He always made himself readily available to answer any questions we had, always taking my MANY phone calls throughout the process. More than that, he made sure that he was there IN PERSON at our closing to go over every single document one last time (during a snowstorm). Andy and his team made the process simple and streamlined and were consistently kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for home financing, refinancing, or investment opportunities.
