  My husband and I were nervous as first time home-buyers, but Austin and his team did an amazing job making us feel comfortable and walking us through the each step of the loan application process.   I was put into contact with Austin @ Guild Mortgage because my previous lender with another company was slow to respond and sometimes unavailable at critical points of the bidding process. With no previous experience to reference, I didn't realize the disadvantage this put me at. I was amazed at how different my experience with Austin was. He was extremely thorough and patient and best of all, he really made us feel comfortable and informed every step of the process. It is a lot to absorb and every time I had a question or needed clarification on something he was readily available to make us a priority. He worked closely with our realtor and together they made our home buying experience 100% satisfactory. Thanks Austin and Guild Mortgage, greatly appreciated!

  Austin and the Guild team made refinancing a breeze. He got us the rates we needed for our home and the process was quicker than expected. Austin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and explained everything thoroughly to us. He even sent us video recordings of himself on what to expect next and even sent us an email the day before our first mortgage payment was due checking in to make sure everything was manageable for us. I would definitely recommend Guild to any and everyone. Such an amazing and sweet team! Thank you Austin and thank you Guild!
