  Jeff Compton, Austin, and the rest of the Guild Mortgage team are treating myself and my husband with respect and have been tremendously helpful with the process of buying our first home. As we all know, purchasing a house is a nerve wracking experience especially for first time homebuyers like us. However, with Jeff's exceptional knowledge, we always feel at ease everytime we communicate with him. So, for those who want to buy a house in the future, we highly recommend Jeff Compton and his team.

  My wife and myself are first time home buyers. Jeff Compton, Austin and the rest of the team at Guild Mortgage have been very helpful and kind. We can't imagine going through this process without having them to answer questions and guide us throughout this journey. They have gone above and beyond anything we could have expected.

  Don't bother trusting this place to get the job done. Jeff Compton and his team dropped the ball several times. It was hard trying to get a hold of them. I would leave messages on his personal cell phone and main office line with no response from Jeff or his staff. I had to call several times a day just to get through to someone if I was lucky that day. Their communication is poor, they didn't keep us in the loop of things. They must be too busy trying to get new loans that that they forget to follow through on the loans that they have pending. They are attentive at the start and eventually you become last. I think the reviews on google are fake. I regret giving them a chance. We needed to close on time and they failed us. Go elsewhere it was the worst experience I had dealing with a mortgage lender.
