      Chad Rankin and the Rankin Team are the BEST!!! We were first time homebuyers and they guided us through the process effortlessly! They went above and beyond and always had open communication and responded promptly to any questions we had! Our case was very difficult but they made sure to work with us very closely and ultimately we closed on our first house! We knew we chose the right mortgage people to work with!! They truly are the BEST!!! I highly recommend working with Chad and him TEAM!!! They will make you feel like you are always TOP PRIORITY!!!!

      Working with Guild Mortgage helped me to understand that my expectations were different from reality. The team at Guild Mortgage were excellent with their professionalism, especially Tiffany D and Stephanie C. These two wonderful ladies guided me and my wife throughout the entire mortgage process. Chad team were empathetic to my family when we lost our first home around two weeks of closing due to unfortunate circumstances. They encouraged us to keep looking and not to give up.
