      I found out about Guild Mortgage by a family member who gave us very good reference from them.I now I know why. Honestly I am very thankful that we refinanced our house with Guild, I had the pleasure of working with Marie Withers and Lindsay. We are first time buyers and we had a LOT of questions from the very begining in the refinancing process, they were very understanding and very patient answering every question we had. We hit many bumps but, with Marie and Lindsay's help we managed, it was a long ride and they were there for us always, communicating promptly. Marie is very, very patient she goes out of her way to explain things as many times as you need (I asked million questions)... I truly recommend Guild Mortgage we got a very good rate and we lowered our years along with GREAT customer service. Nallely and Jose Alvarez
