      I am on the listing agent on a property this location is providing a loan for. The only way I can put this politely is....excuse, after excuse, after excuse as to why we still haven't closed on time. My poor clients may lose their dream/retirement home over this. A shame

      Called this lender to compare mortgage rates against other lenders since they were the preferred lender of our builder (Texas First). Even though they offer to pay 5k in closing costs, their rate and APR was much higher, and we would have ended up paying a lot more over the life of the loan. They gave the line "our customer service is much better than the banks and we pay our staff better"....which is great, but I don't want to be the one paying a higher price over the life of the loan so that you can pay your staff.... Bank of America had a much lower rate and APR and closed in 26 days with no problems.
