      Guild Mortgage is violating the law. They are refusing to remove PMI. By law, PMI is supposed to be AUTOMATICALLY removed from conventional mortgages when the balance reaches 78% of the original value of the property. Guild is refusing to remove PMI from our mortgage even though we paid it down below 78% of the original value.
