From the first to the last call we had an amazing experience with Guild Mortgage. Ladelle worked hard to get us the loan we needed to buy our home. She treated me like I was her best friend. I couldn’t be happier with the process and the company. I highly recommend working with Guild! I’d give 10 stars if I could!

When my husband and I first bought our home, we financed through Guild and Rhonda’s team. The experience was good besides Rhonda taking credit for her team’s work of doing all of our paperwork. Fast forward 2 years later, I decided to refinance our home. Initially, I had talked to Guild about our options and at the time it seemed not worth it to refinance. I explored my options with other companies and was able to refinance at a rate 1.5+ percent lower than my originally rate with Guild. I had a few questions directly for Rhonda just before closing on this refinance, and she was extremely rude to me. I never blamed Guild for doing or not doing something so Rhonda getting snippy with me as a previous client was ridiculous. Not only did she bash and talk badly about the broker I was currently working with, she wasn’t helpful with my questions. Unprofessional and distasteful to say the least.
