      Working with David Austin at Guild Mortgage was a great experience from start to finish. David answered my calls faster than I would have ever expected and always kept us up to date. He assessed our goals and helped us achieve them. We are in a home that is perfect for us in a fantastic neighborhood!

      My wife and I were first time home buyers and had been referred to David Austin at Guild Mortgage. Our first impression was very good with David being very upbeat, charismatic and informative but that all changed once we found our home. It was almost impossible to get a hold of him to get any questions answered. He usually doesn't respond to text messages for hours if at all and be prepared to play phone tag and leave a lot of messages. Don't get me wrong he maintains his charisma but thats all he has going for him. They all seemed very unorganized and waited until the last minute to get most of the required work done. Between it being impossible to reach him and actually getting the correct information it was a horrible experience. Maybe if you know what you are doing when buying a house you won't have such a bad experience but take it from me first time home buyers might want to look elsewhere.
