  I found Jeremy through a first time home buyer class. He made the process of buying my first home effortless and stress free. The process was so enjoyable, that I ended up going through Jeremy again to refinance my home. A process that I thought would be stressful and cumbersome, Jeremy once again made look easy. Jeremy goes above and beyond for his clients. There is a transparency to the process I was not expecting. He helped me learn without being overwhelming and instilled complete confidence in myself to make the decisions right for me. Jeremy will always by my first choice for mortgage funding and my #1 recommendation.

  I have tried for two days to get in touch with someone in this office about a “unique situation” I have. No one answers the phone or has called back. Don't be fooled by the commercial.

  I am not sure what happened. I provided the requested documents in order to pre-qualify for a home loan. I was told it was processing. My Realitor reached out to Jeremy and he told her that he would email a copy of the pre-approval to her and she would have it next day. That was in January. March and it still hasn't arrived. It's like he or I just fell off the face of the planet from the other. Last communication I had from him was an automated email saying "Haven't heard from you in a while" which was dated for the week after promised documents were not delivered to my Realitor. I responded to this email asking for what was pending me since the last update I had was he was processing my application, and then never heard back. Not sure if I was a low priority because my income wasn't high enough or what. But in the time I've waited for follow up from my Janaury email, I've already found a new loan person, found a house, and am scheduled close in April. The person that told me to work with Jeremy has apologized seven times. A note, this is a 2* rating instead of 1* because Jeremy did provide me some useful information when I first spoke with him. This information helped me better understand what to look for in my next conversation with a Loan Agent.
