      Every mortgage with RMS goes so smooth. Buyers at the closing are met by George and his staff. I was again interrupted just at this closing with the Buyer stopping in the middle of signing to say "What A Great Experience" If you want a smooth, successful closing go to RMS..

      Wife and I are really struggling with this company and are put into a tough situation as a result. We are furious at the moment and waiting for a last opportunity for things to be rectified before I leave a complete review Edit: Stay away from this company!!! Almost destroyed our opportunity to buy a home with their dishonest practices and discrimination due to my employment in the medical cannabis industry! We were very honest with this company right up front telling them what Fields our employment are in and immediately they said no problem! They ran my credit with a hard inquiry dropping my score and just to find out that because I work in the Cannabis industry they will only be able to use my wife's income to base the loan information off of!!! Being that mortgages is your business it should be very very common knowledge as to the obstacles working in the Cannabis industry will bring and furthermore the clients or customers should not be informing you of the difficulties due to working in this industry! Unprofessional and I am glad we did not give them our business! We found a few more actually honest mortgage companies since this debacle and should be in a home before the summer.
