I had a great experience working with Mike and the team while buying my first home! We had a few bumps in the road, but he was there to help and to answer questions if needed. I would highly recommend him, especially if you are a first time home buyer!

Mike Vogt was an absolute pleasure to work with. We ended up looking to buy our first home after having a few issues with our apartment that made us realize it was time for a place of our own. On a spur of the moment decision I went searching for some lenders online and saw Guild Mortgage. The reviews looked pretty good and I went with Mike because we wanted someone who has probably heard any/every question a first time home buyer has. This has to have been one of the best decisions we made in choosing a lender. Any time I had a question or was curious about how something worked I was able to email him and he was extremely responsive. I felt comfortable asking him things that made me feel silly and he explained things about our loan that I wouldn't have been able to understand just by looking at the paperwork. We couldn't have chosen a better person to help guide us through financing our first home. I was worried that my husband and I would feel like we were treated as just a number on an application but we came out feeling like he was there to back us from start of application to close. We really appreciate all he did for us.
