My loan officer Caroline Dahl has been terrific to work with. Friendly, concise, and timely, I would recommend her to anyone I knew who was seeking a mortgage. Loan was sold to PHH mortgage which refuses to communicate or pay real estate taxes from the escrow collected for that purpose. You will not be dealing with this company after sale.
