Worst company I've ever dealt with, their computer system crashed and they wouldn't allow me to make a payment, leaving a late payment on my credit( that they won't remove) won't accept partial payments or payments on mortgage. It's all or nothing. And they will harass you even after you call them to make a payment. Will be refinancing with someone else very soon.

I really cannot review Guild Mortgage as I couldn't ever get anyone to call or email me back! I called Diane Davis office as she came recommended by a family member. I did the "contact me" button on the website twice, emailed her personal email, then called the office. It was over July 4th week and nobody answered the first time, but the second time a gentleman answered and took my name and number and said she would get back to me. Well, it's been almost 3 weeks since that call, my 5th attempt at reaching her mind you, and I STILL have not heard a peep from that office. I can only imagine the nightmare it would be to actually have a mortgage with them and never be able to reach someone. Must not need or want the business.
