      After our credit was ran and she gave us verbal confirmation we were approved for a loan well over what we were wanting to purchase, I couldn't get a hold of her on her cell or the office for 3 weeks. If she did answer, she would tell me how busy she was and would call me right back only to not answer calls or text. Zero professionalism and customer service.

      If I could rate a -100000 I would. I’m sad that I even have to give one star. Terrible service. Terrible communication. She essentially has left my family homeless for a month after she told us a closing date, then moved the date because of paperwork. She could have given us updates before we uprooted our lives with children to a new state. No updates. No apologies. Nothing. DO NOT USE THIS LENDER!! DO NOT!
