      Mike Simon at Guild is absolutely incredible to work with. We feel so lucky that we were connected to him when we purchased our home. His knowledge, professionalism, and demeanor made our home purchase seamless. He went above and beyond to communicate with us at all hours, and even took time on his vacation to write an approval letter for us when we were competing for our home. He explained the process in a way that was easy to understand. We were able to close early because he was so organized and communicated so efficiently with us and all parties involved.
