  I was referred to Steve with Guild Mortgage from a friend that recently purchased a home using him as her lender. From the moment I called to ask about options he was nothing short of absolutely amazing. Steve was extremely patient with me as a new home owner and answered every single question I had. Any time I called him he answered and was very quick to respond to emails. This market is insane right now and most of my offers had to be put in on a weekend and he never hesitated to get me my numbers no matter what time or day it was. True definition of above and beyond. As a travel healthcare worker I was told straight up no from other lenders but Steve was very optimistic and was able to get me into my very first home! Thank you to Steve and Elizabeth for being so good at what you do and making me feel comfortable and making this process painless. I was able to close on my home even while I was out of state in a with contract. I can’t say enough good things about this team. If you are shopping for a lender, call Steve Mollman!!!

  Guy is a true professional! He made sure that we were informed and comfortable throughout the entire process! Guy is very detailed and thorough! Our realtor made a comment to us about how impressed he is with Guy and how on top of things he was! I couldn't say enough great things about Guy and Guild Mortgage!   I want to thank Matthew Wentz and the Guild Mortgage Company. My wife and I just refinanced our house and Guild Mortgage helped us save over $600 a month. Big savings for us! My wife and I are very pleased with the results! The staff at Guild Mortgage are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
