  It has been my pleasure to work with Guild Mortgage Along with their enthusiasm, positive energy and attentiveness, They brought a special hands on, personal approach that brought to light each person's genuinely caring for me on a personal level with a tenacity for customer satisfaction. They made me feel as if I was their only person on their agenda. They always answered questions and replied to my texts or emails as soon as I sent them. And many were were outside of typical work hours. (They also had to teach me how to use DocuSign.) They took care of me with style, grace, professionalism and tenacity. It was comforting that they were on top of their game in a team effort. I will miss working with them. Highest Regards John

  I have mixed feelings. I had no issues with Jeanie she was nice but I only spoke with her on the phone twice. My biggest concern is that I asked for home insurance to be quoted with a local company more than once and was never provided that quote. Its a company that my brother told me to check with because they are great when it comes to claims. Anyway, it wasnt Jeanie but one of her assistants. I was kinda pushed to go with an insurance company that they suggested and I'm still regretting it since they required me to do my own "inspection" of the property and wouldn't accept the official inspection I paid to have done. It must just be certain locations because Guild in Utah was always wonderful to work with.

  Absolutely terrible. I felt like I was working with the stereotypical sleazy used car salesman when talking with Adam. I asked direct, specific questions regarding term, rate and payment in an email. He already had credit, income, purchase price and all info needed to respond. He refused to answer my questions (shorter term more money down) and repeatedly tried to convince me to go longer with less down (presumably so he could make more $$, nothing to do with what’s best for the customer or what they are askkkng for). After I ended the call he texted me, still failing to provide requested info. Do not recommend trusting this business with financial transactions.
