      A very corrupted Company. After 2 homes, do not buy thru this Mortgage Lender. I will do everything in my power to watch this company go bankrupt. PS. My buddy was going into forclosure. So he poured over 500 gallons of used car oil in the yard. By doing so. The house was not able to be sold from Guild mortgage because of environmental concerns. Hahahahahahahahahahahaha.
