When I tell you that I was working with 4 banks and getting the run around I almost gave up. Then my realtor introduced me to Lamont Watson at Guild Mortgage. Although we were not strangers from the financial world I just hadn’t worked with him before. Well when he said we had conditional and then final approvals I was so HAPPY to be able to refinance to a fixed rate loan. It was so surreal because so many other lenders would say yes then no. So glad I didn’t give up and did my online app!
