      I was referred to Becca Green and her team at Guild Mortgage through my realtor. In the beginning, everything was great with the communication and getting information when needed. Closing the actual loan was a terrible process and would highly recommend using a different company. Most of the interaction was with Shannon and the mistakes that were made ended up being close to $4,000 off. These people are supposed to be professionals and to make a mistake like that is unacceptable. I only discovered the error at title so the number I needed to close was a bit of a shock. Of course, there is no recourse for their sloppy work. Do yourself a favor and use someone else!! It is very disappointing especially since my wife and I have a baby on the way and now $4k less then what we planned on having.
