  I am incredibly thankful beyond words that we decided to work with Jen Kelly and her team at Guild Mortgage when we decided to purchase our first home. Jen is extremely thorough, responsive, and has a wealth of knowledge in this industry that set us up for success during such a wild time in the housing market (through 2021 and early 2022). As new home buyers, we had a lot of questions throughout the process and Jen was always there to answer any clarifying questions we had. Not only did she give us advice along the way as interest rates shifted and we were deciding on how to best format our loan to set us up with the best option for our current scenario, but gave us suggestions on how we can best plan for our future. On top of everything she did on her end, she also recommended our realtor who was the perfect fit for our personalities, style, and who helped us every step along the way as well! Every person we spoke to at Guild Mortgage and who assisted us were very informative of the deadlines that were in order and extremely organized to help us stay on top of what was needed during the process. We felt very celebrated by the entire team when we finally found our home. I could go on and on of why anyone would be lucky to work with Jen! In summary, I would HIGHLY recommend anyone going through the home buying process to work with Jen and her team for their mortgage and lending needs!
